Talking about Katrina

Our task was to talk about one tropical cyclone, so I choose one of the most well known, Katrina.

 Tropical cyclone Katrina
This was a tropical cyclone in 2005(August, 25 – August, 31), that had its origin in the Bahamas, it looked like a sloppy concoction of disorganized cloudiness, it seemed improbable that this area of low pression can develop this. Later this was recognized as a hurricane and had passed from some parts of Florida, but it was a low category so it doesn't caused a lot of damage until it arrived to New Orleans. The category of the hurricane in New Orleans was 4 this means that was high, one of the most powerful, however in Florida was category 1.
The mainly effects were situated in New Orleans because it is below sea level and because of the intensity. The most important was that almost 1 million people made homeless, besides a lot of people stay in the city and a lot of people died. Although in Florida there was some deaths.
